Ah, 2018.
We have finally gotten over the beautiful mess that was last year and are ready for a new beginning. Small changes, big changes, whatever those are; we believe that there is nothing better than rewiring your routine and your mind with extra positive vibes.

Trade Tea for Coffee
We know; it is so hard to give up this miracle morning elixir! So we say, balance yourself out. Half of the week switch up your cup of coffee for a cup of tea and get other benefits that will make you feel less tired through the day. Bonus: say goodbye to mid-day, espresso induced heart palpitations!
Go on Solo Dates
It may sound like a cliche, but the truth is making some time for yourself is essential (and let’s be honest, it makes you more pleasant to be around others). Submerge in a bath with bubbles and a book, have that glass of wine, indulge in that pasta you were thinking about this whole week, or even take some time out to go on a mini solo road trip. It’s a wonderful world and you’re in it!
Change up Your Beauty Routine
A new year is the perfect excuse to try new products. As skin gets used to certain skincare products, it can actually stop getting the same amazing results it used to. Switch up your beauty routine, out with the old and in with the new, or mix some old with the new; most importantly, ditch what isn’t working for you anymore. Luckily for you, your skin won’t get used to our sponges, so you can gently exfoliate 2017 away and keep on shining for 2018.
